The Center on Law and Security at NYU School of Law is a nonpartisan, multidisciplinary research institute focused on cultivating an informed dialogue and conducting groundbreaking research on the most important national security, legal, and strategic questions in the post-9/11 era. Led by Faculty Director Professor Samuel Rascoff and Executive Director Zachary Goldman, the Center engages in innovative research that informs and elevates the public dialogue on issues of national security law and policy, focusing in particular on issues of cybersecurity, intelligence oversight, economic statecraft, and the relationship between national security law and national security strategy.
